More Than Just a Business

From day one, we’ve dedicated ourselves to doing 10% of our work on a charity basis. This is our key charity program.

Abandoned Homes

In our business, we come across a lot of abandoned homes. Watching them wasting away from neglect, getting destroyed by squatters, and causing so much neighborhood blight kept gnawing at us. Something had to be done.

So we came up with this program to help clean up some blight and, at the same time, help some local churches. It’s a win‑win twofer!

Complex Legal and Title Issues

We take on and conquer complex legal and title issues others can’t. This program is just one example. Here’s another one.

Very few others would be able to do this program legally, but we can, even with the tough anti‑squatting laws effective July 1, 2024. Chapter 2024‑44, Laws of Fla. (2024).

We serve all 67 Florida counties from our office in Land O’ Lakes, just north of Tampa.
